Ann Arbor Development Update
While some wait for milder weather, other Ann Arbor developments are nearing completion
The site on North Main which currently contains the former Greek Orthodox church is soon to become home to a new Concannon project. The city-approved Gallery will be a mixed-use, two building, 30 million dollar development. With cold temperatures and increasing amounts of snow, developer Michael Concannon has decided to wait for milder weather to begin the project and raise the church. The Gallery’s four-story smaller building will be constructed first. Currently there are already 30 reservations on Gallery residential units.
Ashley Terrace, located at the Northwest corner of Huron and Ashley Streets, is now nearing completion. This 10-story, mixed use project has been underway since early 2006. The first units will be delivered to new buyers next month. So expect to see a bustle of activity at Ashley Terrace!
Liberty Lofts and Loft 322 are also bustling with new buyer activity.
