Ann Arbor Educational Real Estate Market Seminar
Kathy Toth Keynote on the state of the Ann Arbor Real Estate Market
Kathy Toth was recently invited to give a keynote speech at the Cedars of Dexter for a day of education about Ann Arbor’s real estate marketplace. The session was titled, "Preparing to Sell Your Home in Today’s Market", Kathy’s keynote reviewed absorption rates, market timing, and Ann Arbor real estate market trends. She had a wonderful time and enjoyed teaching, Kathy states,
"We had a great turnout at this event, it was fun to be invited and speak to about 50 people regarding the real estate market."
The overall goal of the forum was to enlighten individuals about their future real estate options in today’s Ann Arbor marketplace. The group learned how to maximize sale prices and received tips for moving and downsizing. Some additional topics included: financial planning, home staging for a quick sale, repositioning assets of value, and an introduction to the Cedars of Dexter.
