What is inside a paramedic ambulance?  Let’s discover what the intermediate transit operation and vehicle is all about and how it is equipped for emergency care and transport for Ann Arbor, Michigan areas.
 
Equipped with critical care monitoring equipment, staff can transport patients on ventilators and those with complicated or multiple intravenous lines.  They can communicate with hospitals and doctors; provide cardiac treatment/monitoring equipment, defibrillators, and medications. Paramedics will provide advanced care until a transporting ambulance arrives.

I felt assured of a safe and comfortable ride with Marty and the other staff.  There are three units operating in Washtenaw County, with staff who are prepared to monitor and treat critical patients during inter-facility transfers.
