Realtor.com latest report shows an average of 40,000 Total Property Views for Kathy Toth and Team’s Ann Arbor Area Homes and Condos
I just reviewed the latest marketing report from Realtor.com which shows the property views my listings get and I track these numbers. What I am finding is that while my homes are selling, the property views are tapering off as we wind down the marketing season. Traditionally every year the market tapers off in August when the kids go to school. The electronic eyeballs confirm this trend. Check with your agent to see if they are averaging 40,000 views. We showcase every home and provide virtual tours. It looks like this extra effort pays off in buyers looking at our homes.
