111 North Ashley has just been given a new face lift. The mixed use development has been recently purchased by Alidade Capital Fund LP and with that came the new name 111 North Ashley – formerly known as Ashley Terrace Condos in Ann Arbor. Buyers represent many genres but most seem to be empty nesters buying kiddie condos for their University of Michigan students.

In comparison, Liberty Lofts – another Ann Arbor Condo development, took nearly two years from completion to sell out. The former Ashley Terrace welcomed its first residents in the first half of the year in 2008.
