The links at Stonebridge is a stunning community located at Stonebridge Golf Course offering 58 single-family homes located in the northwest corner of our Stonebridge. This area is bordered by Ann Arbor-Saline Road on the left side of the picture and the 14th fairway of the Stonebridge Golf Club on the right side of the picture. The street shown is Sawgrass Drive West, but Links units are also located on on Moores Court and Spyglass Court (roads to the left) and Links Court and Augustine Court (roads extending north at the top of the picture).

Singel family homes range in size from 1870 square feet to 3389 and prices range from$286,200 to $500,000. Each community has its own by-laws and guidelines and may charge its own dues. The Links at Stonebridge annual association fees are about $1,000.00
