Twin Islands Condominiums at Stonebridge is the second newest neighborhood in Stonebridge just south of Ann Arbor. This community contains 17 units constructed 10 years ago back in 2000.
These homes are luxury detached golf course condos with eight of the units on a pond with views of the 17th hole. Four are on the golf course and five back on to beautiful woodland.
