Scio Sunrise features newer estate homes that were constructed back between 2003 and 2004. The township has two zip codes – 48103 for the part closer to Ann Arbor and 48130 for the part closer to Dexter.

Ann Arbor offers great access to the expressway to get to Detroit or beyond quickly.
