Student Housing Project, University Village, Presented at Ann Arbor Town Hall Meeting

Ron Hughes and Dan Ketelaar will be in attendance at the Wednesday evening town hall meeting to discuss plans on their proposed student housing towers.  Plans for University Village include two connected buildings – 22 and 15 stories, located on 1.6 acres at the southeast corner of South Forest and South University Avenues.

The units would house approximately 1,400 students in 420 residences.  If the mega Ann Arbor student housing project is approved, several existing buildings would be lost.  Demolitions would occur on the former Bagel Factory, an apartment building and the building housing Village Corner.  The adjacent piece of land that is home to the annual charity mud bowl would not be affected.

If you’d like to attend this meeting it will be held:

Wednesday, March 5th
6:30pm to 8:30pm
MITC Conference Center
1000 Oakbrook Drive in Ann Arbor
