Ann Arbor Real Estate Average Sales Price is Up January 2010

ann arborWashtenaw County Average Home Prices are up this month.

We had an uptick in Ann Arbor area average sale prices in January compared to last January. So the Average Sale Price went from $153,486 to $165,842: that is an 8 percent increase.  But when we compare to the average sales price of December of $178,059, then we see decline of 6 percent.  Yes I see a flicker in the tunnel. We will see the light in the tunnel during this stabilization period.  We see an increase in sales volume January 09′ over January 10′ from $23,329,915 to $27,198,130 and an increase in sales units of 152 to 164. The trifecta has hit.  See chart below.
