According to the Ann Arbor Board of Realtors, Washtnew County Real Estate residential homes sold are up to 1223 units compared to 1002 units sold in 2009.   Take a tour ofAnn Arbor?

Let’s review Ann Arbor Real Estate Market as reported by the Ann Arbor Board of Realtors in the table below.

The number of homes sold this May compared to slast year wer up 38 percent.  THe number of condos sold May 2010 compared to May 209 were also up from 53 to 81 making a 53% jump.
