That’s right, the times are a changing. Sure real estate consumers are flocking to the Internet, but as mobile technologies and software applications continue to advance, Ann Arbor real estate buyers and sellers are becoming savvier than ever. Since it’s our job here at Kathy Toth and Team to keep up with changing real estate technologies we thought we’d give Ann Arbor home buyers and sellers a quick overview of just a few exciting new applications offered directly from your iPhone.

Trulia iPhone – Our friends at Trulia have developed a mobile application that allows users to search for homes and open houses listed in Trulia right from their iPhone. As of September 18th – 70,000 people had already downloaded the application.

Puluwai Real Estate Search – Another mobile real estate search tool – this one pulls data from Google Base. If you can’t find what you’re looking for in Trulia you can always try Puluwai.

Evernote – This is truly amazing… this app allows you to scan business cards using your iPhone camera and have the information waiting for you in TEXT form back at your desktop.

Nearby – Nearby uses Platial’s geobits to suggest useful local landmarks so you can look like an expert (even on the fly!)

Sketches – This app allows you to mark up your photos with arrows, notes and the like before you email them to clients. Pretty nifty stuff.
