Well, 2009 has been an interesting year! Something which many have not realized that 2009 marks the end of the decade – sure we have come along way and much has changed since 1999 and the dawn of the new millenium.  (Remember all that “Y2K is coming!” well, that was 10 years ago!)

2010 will likely be much better for the real estate market.

Signs of an upward trend are everywhere, prices in some areas of the nation are up, locally prices are stable and interest rates remain low – but are trending upwards thanks to improving economic and stock market figures. [See our post: Where is the Ann Arbor Market Headed?]

So, now really is the best time to purchase a home!
