Country French Estates is an exclusive community, construction started in 1998 by Delcor Home Builders and the subdivision is located on the Westside of Ann Arbor off of Zeeb Road in popular Scio Township.
There are 258 homesites in the community which is surrounded by 40 acres of natural preserve. We currently have a Country French Estates home for sale.
The properties are built in a traditional European style and each of the seven home models is named after a type of wine – for instance: Chardonney, Melot, Capernai, Champagne, Bordeaux, and Chablis. The community contains a “town square” as well as many amenities including a Community Park, gazebo, Soccer fields, walking trails, ponds and fountains.
The properties are luxurious and well appointed. With many upgrades including often vaulted and 9′ ceilings. The size of the models ranges from 1500 to 2900 square feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5 – 3.5 baths.
The community is ideally located for workers with direct access to I-94 and minutes to to downtown Ann Arbor. Further afield it is easy commuting distance to Detroit or Toledo. In terms of sales data for the Country French Estates area home values have held up great, Sellers are getting an average of 98 percent of asking price and sales price per square foot are at $127 and sold prices have only declined by 9% over the year. The Supply and Demand Data over the year shows that inventory has fallen by 17% as buyers snap up homes in the area and for the Median Home Price the list price has only decreased by 3%. All very positive news for buyers and sellers in the area.
Also the general area has remained steady and stable. All great and positive data on what is a great community.

Country French Estates is a great family neighborhood! People love to walk, ride bikes, and jog throughout the sub. People are extremely friendly and easy-going, it’s such a great place to live. It’s the kind of place where your neighbors become life long friends!
