Ann Arbor Real Estate Business Changing?
With the advent of a vast set of new technologies available to businesses, models are beginning to change. One Ann Arbor Realtor is planning to open a new office with a large admin staff and a heavy focus on technology and social networking assistance for real estate agents.
Our team here at Kathy Toth, Ann Arbor Keller Williams branch has been using social networking as a marketing vehicle for years now. We have a very active Ann Arbor real estate blog, we’re twittering, creating Videos for YouTube and Wellcomemat, were on Facebook and Active Rain – we do everything we can to keep up with the needs of our clients and the pulse of technology.
I think services offered in the new Ann Arbor real estate model could be very helpful to people just starting out in the world of social networking or blogging. I retain two “virtual assistants” to help me with things like uploading photos to the Internet, gathering data on how many people have viewed certain Web listings, or posting entries to several different blogs at the same time.
I prefer to let “somebody else fuss with the technology”, the new services would probably be useful to people who are new to real estate or to building networks on the Web. It’s not a bad way to get started if you’re new to Ann Arbor real estate.
