We work with Cumulus at W4 Country.  We help with events and supporting the community for fund raising spots.  Often I am at the radio station for recording sessions.  I was there on Friday to put the last push on the first time home buyer credit.  Yes, time is running out for first time buyers to get $8,000 from Uncle Sam for buying a house.   The transaction must close on or before November 30th, 2009.

Brian Cowan is the radio personality and is known as Bubba.  His radio show is Breakfast with Bubba.  A kinder person you could not meet.  He works his but off.  He appears at all sorts of events and his hours are non stop.  I always look forward to working with him because he is a true professional who helps me get the messages across to the loyal listeners.  My experience has been that many of the listeners/callers have come to know me and our team standards and ethics.  So tune in to 102.9 fm in the morning and have a laugh or two with Katie, Bubba and Kathy Toth and Team.  See you – er I mean hear us in the am!
