It was a great turn out with lots of support and sponsorship from local Dexter merchants. I heard a few cheers out on the course when strategic puts were made. The weather was perfect and Larry, my husband, and I were paired with Jeff VanOvermeer who owns Jet’s Pizza and Patrick Hughes. We had many eagle opportunities, but our putting needed work. Our shotgun start put us on the course at 7:30 am and above video is hole 8 for finishing up. On the turn, we stopped in for a quick bite and putting contest. I think we ended with a 68, not low enough to win. This was my first time out golfing this year and it felt really nice to be with such great people.
