Bates Farms neighborhood homes are on huge 1+ acre lots with a minimum of 3 bedrooms and 2.5 car attached garages. The closest restaurant is the former A &W  which is a favorite to grab a hot dog (particularly after seeing a game?) – while you are grabbing the hot dog, why not take it to Warrior Park behind the fire department to picnic by the Huron River.  Of course you can bike into Dexter for shopping at 2 major grocery stores.  Grab a coffee by the clock tower and stop in to one of the boutiques or even visit the Dexter Library – see our video.  Be sure to take advantage of the many events in Dexter including Dexter Daze – see videos or see what is playing at Encore Theatre.
