Ann Arbor Home Sellers Say Goodnight To Home Selling and Good Morning to Home Shopping
We are so proud to have moved 95 families year to date in 2008. Nothing goes perfectly and in fact when trouble brews that is when a true experienced expert Ann Arbor real estate agent pays off.
We hired Kathy Toth to sell our home in Saline and suggest you hire her Team. They sold our house at list in a few weeks in a challenging market. Communication was excellent, pictures and marketing were outstanding. We know what poor service was with a previous agent. Don’t make that mistake. Just hire Kathy; you get superior systems and resources. Now we get to shop with our buyer’s agent Vicki who we LOVE.

You know our Ann Arbor real estate market in Washtenaw County has depreciated over 14 percent in 2008 (Source Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors) this year so price counseling Ann Arbor homes and condos correctly is critical. We love what we do and would enjoy putting our resources to work for you too.
If you are relocating to the Ann Arbor area, Chelsea, Dexter, Saline, or Ypsilanti, we would love to introduce you to one of the best places to live in the US or help you evaluate your current situation. We partner with an Ann Arbor accredited staging representative to give our sellers the unique edge this market demands.

[...] So what this indicates is that we still have a buyer’s market since the supply is greater than 6 months and overall, Ann Arbor is faring the best with 8.2 months supply, Dexter at 8.73 months supply, Saline at 14.6 months and Chelsea trailing with 16 months supply. I explain it like this. If you fill up a bathtub with water and add no more drips from the faucet, it will take 8.2 months for the water to drain out. If no more houses are put up for sale, then it will take 8.2 months for all those Ann Arbor homes to sell. [...]
