Google really is changing the face of Real Estate as we know it! Buyers can now research more and more information ahead of time than ever before. Here in the Ann Arbor Michigan Real Estate arena, our comprehensive set of websites offering many resources for buyers, such as Ann Arbor area information, client testimonial videos through to visual tours of local communities and school information! All of these allow buyers to get the most up to date data available about the neighborhoods they are looking to buy in.
However, in addition to our websites Google now offers a great tool which compiles the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics unemployment data into a visual format allowing consumers to see graphically the unemployment history and current trend. This is a great complimentary service from Google. It will naturally be expanded to include more types of publicly available data. In its current form users can even use it to compare locations with a graphical overlay system – meaning that the data for two or more locations will appear simultaneously on the same graph for comparison. This means that buyers can compare different potential purchase locations at the same time. (Although at present only for unemployment data)
