Kath Toth and Team are partnering up with Gary Keller’s Keller Williams Realty
Bittersweet describes my feeling regarding our
move.
We have aligned ourselves with Keller Williams Ann Arbor
Market Center, a national brokerage.
We are sorry to leave the Real Estate One Family which has
been a constant source of support. Because relationships endure regardless of
company affiliations, I am counting on our Real Estate One friendships to
survive and thrive. Dan Elsea, owner of Real Estate One has been a great resource and
inspiration. The values of each company are truly in sync.
Moving our team to this organization has probably been a
recruiting nightmare for KW, but to everyone’s credit they kept at it for
years. We are anticipating making new friends and reconnecting with many former
national agent contacts at the regional and national educational events. One of
the first things I plan to explore is the Agent Mountain site which I
understand is packed with resources for agents.
The other part of the package we look forward to is the Mastery Guides and
the One on One Coaching to employ the model in the book The Millionaire Real
Estate Agent. All in all, we are geared to bring excellent client services and
more resources to our clients and agents. Whenever I need motivation through
this journey, I will be watching this video …Facing the Giants
