Michigan Association of REALTORS Reports 2007 Residential Sales Results

Average Sale Price for the State is Down

According to the data reported below, our Ann Arbor real
estate market is not as bad off as other areas in Michigan.

The local boards of
REALTORS show for the state of Michigan a 6.81 percent reduction in average sale price from
last year.  Our area declined by 4.43 percent as reported by the Ann Arbor Area
Board of Realtors.

The Northeastern Michigan Board of Realtors actually
appreciated by 5.83 percent based on annual sales of 799 units.  Good for them.

We are selling homes and are looking forward to closing a house on Fernwood in
Ann Arbor and a house in The Preserve in Dexter yet this month.
