Staging Homes Session Well Attended at Dexter District Library
Accredited Stating Professional Shared Secret Tips for Getting Top Dollar in Today’s Ann Arbor Real Estate Market
Dexter District Library, located at 8040 Fourth Street, hosted a class/roundtable on staging homes last week. Vicki Larmee, Accredited Staging Professional, said, “We had several people who asked some great questions”. Many of the people who attended are thinking of selling their homes in this challenging Ann Arbor Real Estate market, so they were interested in what it takes to improve the home condition to maximize sales price and/or reduce time on market.
She played her staging video and she passed around before and after photos from some of her staged homes. One couple wanted to know if they should replace builder grade light fixtures.
“Community involvement is fun and meeting people is the best part of my career”, said Larmee. She is looking forward to another session at the Saline Library soon. The next scheduled event is a Short Sale Class in April at the Dexter Library: Thursday, April 17th at 7:00PM, called “Short Sales: An Alternative to Bankruptcy or Foreclosure,” presented by Kathy Toth of Keller Williams.
